For Little Things

An original work inspired by the writings of Canadian writer Lucy Maud Montgomery (Anne of Green Gables). It is scored for SATB a cappella and uses the verse text from the poem.

In Flanders Fields

An original setting of the poem “In Flanders Fields” by Canadian poet and soldier John McCrae. It is scored for SATB a cappella and intended for use in Remembrance Day ceremonies.

Joy Oh Joy

An original work scored for SATB choir, piano and soloist/descant. It was written and recorded during the Covid-19 pandemic to bring hope and cheer amidst the lonely Christmas season of 2020.

It’s Christmas

A setting of an original poem by Isabelle Weigel-Mohamed, scored for SSA choir, descant/solo and piano (or optional harp), and suitable for both secular and sacred settings. Winner of the Amadeus Choir’s 2016 Christmas Songwriting Competition.

Good News Carol

An original Christmas tune meant to evoke the heartwarming nostalgia of traditional carols. It is written in an accessible style suitable for high school, church, and community choirs. Winner of the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir’s 2017 Choral Composition Competition.

A Saviour is Born

An original work that tells the Christmas story, scored for SATB and piano (with optional violin). Winner of the Amadeus Choir’s 2015 Christmas Songwriting Competition.

Isabeau S’y Promene

A fun and lively arrangement of the French-Canadian folk song “Isabeau S’y Promène.” Runner-up in the Penthelia Singers’ Composition Contest for Canadian Folk Song Arrangement for Women’s Voices (2013).

Ubi Caritas

A fresh setting of the Latin text Ubi Caritas, commissioned by the Mississauga Festival Choir in 2017 for their Italy Tour in Chisea Di San Filippo Nero in Florence.

All I Understand

An original gospel hymn inspired by text from Psalm 23:2-3. Winner of the Pax Christi Chorale’s 2013 Great Canadian Hymn Competition.

Mo Li Hua (茉莉花)

A famous Chinese folk song arranged for SSAAB a cappella choir. Also available in an SATB a cappella setting.
